DERTOUR Corporate Program
The DERTOUR Corporate Program 2004 includes 4.000 hotels in 94 countries. We sell the contracted hotels via 7.500 agencies, mostly within Germany. The turnover with DERTOUR Hotel Voucher was about EUR 13 million in the year 2003. Approximately 60% of this business is individual business (FIT), 40% corporate business. To participate in this program you have to accept the DERTOUR Hotel Voucher as form of payment and need a link to the distribution systems (GDS) of Rezsolutions (Utell) or Worldspan. The participation fee for each hotel is EUR 230 (plus VAT in Germany) for both programs.
DER Corporate Program
The DER Corporate Program 2004 includes more than 3.600 hotels in 87 countries. This program is exclusively produced for our own travel agencies belonging to the REWE Touristic, Deutsches Reisebüro (DER), DERPART and Atlas Reisen with about 1.300 agencies. In the year 2003 the turnover was about EUR 22 million, with 90% business travel and 10% individual travel. Prerequisite for participation in the DER Corporate Program is also participation in the DERTOUR Corporate Program and a link to the GDS Amadeus. For inclusion in both programs the participation is EUR 230 (plus VAT in Germany).

1. DERTOUR Advertisement
If you intend to reach about 7.500 agencies as well as corporate clients through advertising, then advertise your hotel or hotel chain in our DERTOUR Corporate Program.

2. DERTOUR Sales Mailing
Should you wish to inform the travel agent of existing promotion material (hotel directories, rates and other offers etc.), then the DERTOUR Sales Mailing is the ideal media for you. Just supply the material and we will take care of the delivery. Samples of the material must be sent to us no later than 14 days prior to the desired mailing date. In addition we will write a letter of recommendation, informing the travel agents on your enclosed advertisements. The charges for participation in the DERTOUR Sales Mailing range from EUR 2.000,- depending on the weight of the enclosed material and the delivery date.
3. DERTOUR Address Data
Are you interested in mailing (including delivery) and only need addresses of potential travel agents? Then our DERTOUR Address Data is all you need. You will receive approximately 5.000 addresses of agencies with a DERTOUR license. The charges for this media amount to EUR 1.100,-. We can transmit the data either on a floppy disk or as data via e-mail.
4. Intranet of DER/DERPART
To promote special rates (summer specials, travel agent rates, etc.) or events we offer you an entry in the intranet of DER and DERPART. This service is partly free of charge.
Please assure that the ratefinding process is completed latest by September 15th, 2004 since the internet portal will be closed the next day.
