How do hotels get listed in ratefinding.com?

If your hotel is not listed in ratefinding.com until now, please send an e-mail with the following information to dertour@ratefinding.com:

Hotel name, address (street, zip code, city, country), phone and fax number, hotel category (star rating), hotel location (city centre, airport, suburb), contact person (form of address, position, name and first name, phone number, e-mail address)

Please send this data completely to permit a quick and smoothly handling of your request.

We will list your hotel in ratefinding.com and send you user data for ratefinding.com. You can then update further hotel information in ratefinding.com.

 

How do hotels get listed in customers' hotel programmes?

Hotels, which are listed for the hotel programs of the companies, are selected by the companies themselves. Basis for the selection of the hotels are distance of the hotel to the nearest location/office of the company, number of room nights of the company in the hotel, level of the company’s net rate in the hotel also. We, DERTOUR, do not have an influence on the decision of the company.

If you had a considerable number of room nights with one of our customers in your hotel and your hotel is situated nearby an office/location of this company, please send us an e-mail to dertour@ratefinding.com.

This e-mail should contain the following information:

Hotel name, address, number of room nights in the previous year, number of room nights in the current year, single and double room rate you want to offer the concerning company, information about breakfast and taxes.

We will forward your request to the person in charge of the company and we will inform you if the company is interested in working together with your hotel.

 

How can I get a login name and a password for ratefinding.com?

Please send an e-mail to dertour@ratefinding.com. This e-mail should contain the following information:

Hotel name, address, name of contact person, phone number and e-mail address.

We will send you immediately your login data.

 

I can not login with the login name and password I received, what can I do?

There could be different reasons why you can not login with your login name and your password into ratefinding.com. Please check whether you paid attention to upper and lower cases of the login data.

If you could not succeed to login into ratefinding.com although you paid attention to these points, please send an e-mail to dertour@ratefinding.com. This e-mail should contain the following information:

Hotel name, address, login name and password.

 

This is the first time that I am responsible for the contracting via ratefinding.com, what should I do?

If you have the login name and the password for ratefinding.com of the previous person in charge of your hotel, please try to login with this user data into the hotel part of ratefinding.com. If you succeed you can change the login data and all other contact within the users part of ratefinding.com.

If you do not succeed, please send an e-mail to dertour@ratefinding.com. This e-mail should contain the following information: Name of your hotel, address, name, phone number and e-mail address of the contact person.
