DERTOUR Corporate Programme and DER Corporate Programme

As of 2010 we will offer you as innovation both programmes (DERTOUR Corporate Programme and DER Corporate Programme) together in one package!

DERTOUR Corporate Programme
The DERTOUR Corporate Programme 2011 includes more than 3.000 hotels. We sell the contracted hotels via 5.500 agencies with a licence to issue the DERTOUR hotel voucher, mostly within Germany. Approximately 60% of this business is individual business (FIT), 40% corporate business. To participate in this programme you have to accept the DERTOUR Hotel Voucher as form of payment and need a link to the distribution systems (GDS) of Rezsolutions (Utell) or Worldspan.

DER Corporate Programme
The DER Corporate Programme 2011 also includes more than 3.000 hotels. This programme is exclusively produced for our own travel agencies belonging to the REWE group: FCM Travel Solutions, DERPART and Atlas Reisen with about 800 agencies. Approximately 90% of this business is corporate business, only 10% is individual business (FIT). Prerequisite for participation in the DER Corporate Programme is the participation in the DERTOUR Corporate Programme and a link to the distribution system (GDS) Amadeus.

The participation fee for 2011 per hotel is EUR 300 (plus VAT in Germany) for both programmes.

 

Marketing Activities with DERTOUR

1. DERTOUR Sales Mailing
Should you wish to inform the travel agent of existing promotion material (hotel directories, rates and other offers etc.), then the DERTOUR Sales Mailing is the ideal media for you. Just supply the material and we will take care of the delivery. Samples of the material must be sent to us no later than 14 days prior to the desired mailing date. In addition we will write a letter of recommendation, informing the travel agents on your enclosed advertisements. The charges for participation in the DERTOUR Sales Mailing range from EUR 2.000,- depending on the weight of the enclosed material and the delivery date.

2. DERTOUR Address Data
Are you interested in mailing (including delivery) and only need addresses of potential travel agents? Then our DERTOUR Address Data is all you need. You will receive approximately 5.500 addresses of agencies with a DERTOUR license. The charges for this media amount to EUR 1.100,-. We can transmit the data either on a floppy disk or as data via e-mail.

3. Intranet of FCM/DERPART
To promote special rates (summer specials, travel agent rates, etc.) or events we offer you an entry in the intranet of FCM and DERPART. This service is partly free of charge.
