We will list your hotel in ratefinding.com and send you user data for ratefinding.com. You can then update further hotel information in ratefinding.com.
How do hotels get listed in customers' hotel programs (e.g. Deutsche Bahn, Computacenter, Munich Re, REWE, SIEMENS, TMG)?
Hotels, that are listed for the hotel programs of the companies, are selected by the companies themselves. Basis for the selection of the hotels are distance of the hotel to the nearest location/office of the company, number of room nights of the company in the hotel, level of the company’s net rate in the hotel also. We, DERTOUR, do not have an influence on the decision of the company.
If you had a considerable number of room nights with one of our customers in your hotel and your hotel is situated nearby an office/location of this company, please send us an e-mail to one of the following e-mail addresses: ratefinding@dertour.de, siemens@ratefinding.com, tmg@ratefinding.com.
This e-mail should contain the following information:
Hotel name, address, number of room nights in the previous year, number of room nights in the current year, single and double room rate you want to offer the concerning company, information about breakfast and taxes.
We will forward your request to the person in charge of the company and we will inform you if the company is interested in working together with your hotel.
How can I get a login name and a password for ratefinding.com?

I can not login with the login name and password I received, what can I do?
There could be different reasons why you can not login with your login name and your password into ratefinding.com.
- Please check whether you paid attention to upper and lower cases of the login data.
- Please ensure that you try to login in the right part of Rateinfinding.com. The travel manager (TM) part is only accessible by the persons in charge of our customers' companies. All contact persons who work for hotels and hotel chains have to login into the hotel part.

Name of your hotel, address, login name and password.
I forgot my login name and /or password. What should I do?
If you forgot your password, please go to ratefinding.com and enter the folder Hotel Login. Press the button "Retrieve your Password by e-mail". Fill in your Login Name and press the button "E-Mail my Password Key". An e-mail will be send to the e-mail address stored in your user profile. This e-mail contains a password key. Please go back to ratefinding.com, enter your Login Name and the Password Key and press the button "Get my Password". Your Login Name and your Password will be shown in the corresponding fields. Press the button "Login".
If you forgot your login name too, please send an e-mail to ratefinding@dertour.de. This e-mail should contain the following information:
Name of your hotel, address, name, phone number and e-mail address of the contact person.
We will send you your login name immediately. For safety reasons we will not send your password together with the login name. As soon as you receive your login name, you can go to ratefinding.com and retrieve your password as specified above.
This is the first time that I am responsible for the contracting via ratefinding.com, what should I do?
If you have the login name and the password for ratefinding.com of the previous person in charge of your hotel, please try to login with this user data into the hotel part of ratefinding.com. If you succeed you can change the login data and all other contact within the users part of ratefinding.com.
